Pickled Peaches

Fireflies twinkled around us like fallen stars.
They fled from our touch
like fallen stars do.
They kissed our cheeks
like it is only a fallen stars will to do.
Silver glass skied our floor.
kisses carved our throats
until our hearts burst out
like arms stretched out
no need for breathes
just reach in
Hesitate a moment
